FAQ

WHAT IS DIGITIZING?

Digitizing is the process of converting your graphical image into a form that can be understood by your embroidery machine.  At LogoDigitizing this process is completed by hand and we do not use any auto-conversion or auto-digitizing software as it does not produce the quality that you and your customers deserve.  This process requires a skilled digitizer that is experienced with embroidery to break your image up into objects and apply the right settings, pathing, overlap, interpretation of objects, etc.  We are also skilled at embroidery and operate multiple heads of our own so we know the importance of a good running design and can appreciate the laws of embroidery.

WHY AREN’T MY OUTLINES LINING UP?

There are a lot of things that can cause outlines to not properly align.  The two most common things I see are incorrect stabilization and/or incorrect hooping technique.  Using a tearaway stabilizer on a knit with a design with a fill pattern and a satin outline will not yield good results.
